For this recipe you will need

4 slices of rustic bread , 100 g fresh ricotta , 80 g seedless grapes , 1 spoonful of honey , 1 sprig of rosemary , Extra virgin olive oil , Salt and pepper to taste (q.b.)

Preparation

1. Toast the slices of bread in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.

2. Spread a generous layer of ricotta on each slice of toasted bread.

3. Cut the grape berries in half and arrange them on the ricotta.

4. Drizzle with a thread of honey, a dusting of finely chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper.

5. Finish with a thread of extra virgin olive oil and serve immediately.
