For this recipe you will need

300 g pork fillet , 150 g seedless grapes , 1 shallot , 1 glass red wine , 1 knob of butter , 1 tablespoon honey , 1 sprig of thyme , Salt and pepper to taste (q.b.)

Preparation

1. In a pan, heat a drizzle of oil and brown the pork fillet on all sides until uniformly golden.

3. In another pan, melt the butter and sauté the finely chopped shallot until translucent.

4. Add the grapes cut in half, the honey, and the thyme. Mix well.

6. Slice the pork fillet and serve it drizzled with the grape sauce.
